How long will it take to get my poster?

It will take 5-10 working days after we receive your request and deposit to make you a mock example of the final product. Once you have approved the mock example it will be produced and dispatched. Your order should arrive within 2 weeks, depending on shipping charges.

How complex can the design be?

We relish the challenges you give us, send a request for an idea and there's no doubt we can produce it. All we require are high quality photographs to work from. Our specialty is producing high quality printed art from your own personal ideas. No matter how unusual or imaginative your idea is we're up for the challenge of making it a reality.

Does the price include shipping costs?

The price for the artwork does not include shipping costs unless stated. More information on shipping can be found here.

Are the canvases a set size?

The size of the canvas can be requested when the order is placed, although the prices will vary for the different size canvases.

What type of pictures do I need to send?

Four high resolution pictures are ideal for us to make a mock example of your final product. The better quality and more images we have, the better final product we can make for you. You can also send hard copies of your images to:

Do I have to have a Paypal account to buy a product from you?

No, you do not have to have a Paypal account to purchase products from our website. Paypal is just like any other online shopping cart. You can enter your details in a one-off fashion. Paypal also has the advantage of added security and protection for the buyer.
